Service Description
These puppy socials are designed to give your puppy safe, positive, and meaningful social experiences - not chaotic free-for-alls. Your puppy will have the opportunity to mix with carefully selected puppies in a controlled environment, under the guidance of a qualified behaviourist. This allows them to practise real-world social skills in a way that supports emotional development, confidence, and appropriate communication. Unlike unstructured puppy meet-ups, these sessions are carefully managed so every interaction is appropriate for your puppy’s individual needs. Whether your puppy is a little shy, overly enthusiastic, or still figuring things out, I’ll be there to guide, support, and step in where needed to keep things safe and balanced. These sessions are ideal if you’re finding it difficult to safely socialise your puppy, or if you want to build their confidence and social skills in a thoughtful, structured way. Please note: These socials are not suitable for puppies showing signs of extreme fear, aggression, or distress around other dogs. If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit, I’m always happy to advise.
Cancellation Policy
## Bookings & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your puppy's space. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. ## Health Requirements Puppies must be carried if not fully vaccinated and in good health before attending. If your puppy is showing signs of illness (such as vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing or any contagious condition), please do not attend and contact me as soon as possible. ## Equipment Please bring your puppy wearing a well-fitting harness and flat collar. Retractable leads are not permitted. Please bring a standard short lead and, if you have one, a long line (one can be provided if needed). Please also bring: * Small, high-value food rewards * A couple of toys * Water * Poo bags Please clean up after your puppy. ## Suitability Puppy Socials are designed to help puppies build confidence around other dogs, people and new environments through positive social experiences and enrichment. There will be a mixture of puppies, older dogs, adults and children present. Please ensure your puppy is comfortable around other dogs and people before attending. If you're unsure whether these sessions are suitable, please get in touch before booking. ## Attendance Please arrive on time for your session. If you are unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible. Handlers must remain in the field with their puppy throughout the session. Smoking and vaping are not permitted within the training field. ## Cancellations & Refunds Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend your booked session, your space cannot be carried forward to a future date. If I need to cancel due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a transfer to another session or a full refund. ## Weather Sessions take place outdoors and will go ahead in most weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for the forecast and wear suitable footwear. ## Guests A maximum of two people may attend with each puppy. Children are welcome but must remain under the supervision of their accompanying adult at all times.
