All Dogs Go To Erinn
Dog Behaviour and Training

Hello and Welcome. I'm so glad you're here!
You have a dog and you're really struggling with their behaviour, right? You've done your research, asked Dr.Google, friends and family. Maybe even jumped on a few Facebook groups in search of answers.
And you're still none the wiser.
I was once in that place, too. I read all the books, asked all the experts. Heck, I even became a dog trainer to try and make sense of my dog's behaviour!
The good news is that you don't have to go to the lengths that I did - I did all that work so that I can help you.
Let me take the guesswork out of it for you and together we can get you and your dog back on track and enjoying your life together again.
Problem behaviours I can help with:
-
Resource guarding
-
Barking when people visit/on walks
-
Sudden displays of aggression towards other dogs/people
-
Fear-aggression towards other dogs/people which has been happening for a long time
-
Isolation Distress
-
Handling/grooming issues
-
Toilet training issues that are age related
-
Fear of fireworks
-
Aggression towards family members
-
Car travel problems
-
Abnormal repetitive behaviours
-
Canine cognitive dysfunction
-
Aggression towards other pets in the house
-
Generalised anxiety issues
The Behaviour Consultation Process
Step 1: Reach Out
You can get in touch by filling in the online form here or by emailing me directly.
Tell me a little about your dog and what’s been happening. The more information I have, the better I can support you.

Even if you’re not completely sure you need a behaviour consultation, reach out anyway. I’ll let you know my thoughts and the best way forward.

Step 2: Vet Check & Referral
Before we start, I’ll ask that your dog is examined by their vet and that the vet sends me a referral. This step is very important.

I know you are keen to get moving and this feels like an unnecessary step but, I only work with dogs who have a vet referral because I need to make sure I’m working with a healthy dog. About 80% of my caseload are dogs who are struggling with an underlying disease or illness which is why their behaviour is out of sorts. If there’s an underlying physical issue contributing to the behaviour, no amount of training alone will fix it.

This step ensures we’re tackling the right problem safely and effectively from the start.

Step 3: Behaviour History Form
You’ll complete a detailed questionnaire at least 7 days before our consultation.
This helps me understand your dog’s history, current routines, and everything you’ve already tried.

During the consultation, we’ll go through it together, and I may ask you to send videos of the problem behaviours so I can get the fullest picture possible before we start.

Step 4: The Consultation
We meet in your home, so I can see your dog in their own environment, when they’re most relaxed (or to help figure out why they aren’t relaxed).

These consultations are long — usually around three hours — because I like to get a deep, detailed understanding of your dog’s behaviour. That’s why I schedule them during weekday afternoons at 12pm: it gives both of us a fresh head and focus.

During the consultation, I’ll:
-
Observe your dog and their environment
-
Work out what’s driving the behaviour
-
Put management strategies in place immediately, so everyone stays safe and your dog feels calmer
-
Start building a detailed training protocol tailored to your dog.
Important note: For most cases, you’ll be working with me for at least three months, especially for behaviours that are long-standing or deeply ingrained. This ensures we can make steady, lasting progress.

Step 5: Your Written Plan
Within 3–5 working days, you’ll receive a clear, personalised report and behaviour plan.
It’s written in plain English, easy to follow, and tailored to your dog and your life. I’ll also send a copy to your vet and liaise back with them if I spot anything that needs further attention, such as a check-up or medication.

You’ll also get 7 days of follow-up support from me to answer questions, clarify any points, and reassure you as you start putting the plan into action.

Step 6: Ongoing Support (Optional)
If you’d like continued guidance, I offer behaviour support packages.

Ongoing support lets me:

-
Monitor your dog’s progress and adjust the plan as needed
-
Provide guidance and reassurance when things feel tricky or overwhelming
-
Be there for those moments when you’re unsure if it’s working or just need confirmation that you’re on the right track.
I’m available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm via email/whatsapp or phone to give you clear support and guidance, especially when things feel a little hairy or confusing. You’re never left guessing - I’ll help you stay calm, confident, and on track.

Typical Timescale From Initial Contact to Consultation
Step 1: Getting in Touch
Once you fill in my online form or email me, I’ll get back to you within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm).

Step 2: Vet Referral
I’ll ask your vet to provide a referral. If your dog has had a recent vet visit in the last few weeks, you can contact your vet directly — the reception team will know what to do. They can send the referral via my online form or email it to me. Usually, this takes a couple of days.

Step 3: Behaviour History Form
While we’re waiting for the referral, I’ll send you a link to a detailed Google Doc questionnaire about your dog. It’s long — probably four to five hours to complete — but it helps me understand your dog fully before we meet.

Step 4: Booking the Consultation
Once I have both the referral and your completed history form, we’ll book your in-home consultation. I normally schedule these about two weeks from your initial contact — this gives time for the referral and history form to come through and ensures we’re fully prepared.

Step 5: After the Consultation
After the consultation, you’ll receive your written report and personalised plan within 3–5 working days. While I’m preparing this, I’ll also get you started with some initial exercises so your dog is already making progress.

Step 6: Medical or Pharmacological Follow-Up (if needed)
If I think further medical investigations are required, I’ll liaise with your vet. In some cases, if medication might help, I’ll contact your vet directly, and often your dog won’t need an extra appointment — your vet can prescribe directly if appropriate.

Step 7: Ongoing Training and Support
How long we work together depends on the behaviour issue.

Separation anxiety, aggression, resource guarding, or long-standing behaviours can take several months, sometimes years, to fully resolve.
Shorter-term behaviours may take just a few months.
For the first few months, I’ll provide a training protocol and step-by-step guidance, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed. You can continue with me for as long as you feel you need support, and we’ll always reassess together. My goal is to give you a clear understanding of how long it will take to see meaningful change and how long I recommend working with me for your dog’s specific situation.

A note on expectations: I can’t promise that your dog will be “fixed” or completely “normal.” Some behaviours can be fully resolved, but others may never disappear entirely — and that’s okay. What I can guarantee is that we will make things much, much better. Together, we’ll work toward a point where you’re confident, safe, and happy living with your dog again. How far we get depends on your goals, your dog’s needs, and the behaviours we’re working on — but you’ll never be left guessing or unsupported along the way.
