Service Description
These coaching sessions are designed to support graduates of the Step Into Calm online programme as they begin putting their new skills into practice. Working in a small, supportive group, you'll have the opportunity to practise your training around real-life distractions in a safe, controlled environment, while receiving personalised coaching and feedback. These sessions focus on building confidence, improving handler skills, and helping your dog remain calm and engaged around other dogs. Dogs will not be expected to greet or interact with one another. Instead, we'll be working on neutrality, emotional regulation, and creating positive experiences at a pace that suits each dog. These sessions are open exclusively to those who have completed the Step Into Calm online programme.

Cancellation Policy
## Booking Policy * Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. * Bookings are **non-refundable and non-transferable**. * If you are unable to attend, your booking cannot be transferred to another date or person. * Please ensure you have read the **Terms & Conditions** and **What to Bring & What to Expect** guide before attending. * Dogs must be fully vaccinated (or titre tested where appropriate) and fit to attend the session. * Dogs should attend wearing a well-fitting harness and a flat collar. Please do not use retractable leads. * Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be able to join once the session has started, as this can disrupt the other dogs. * A maximum of **two handlers** may attend with each dog. Children are welcome if they can remain calm and are supervised at all times. * For everyone's safety, handlers and dogs must remain inside the secure field until instructed otherwise. * Smoking and vaping are not permitted during the session. * If I need to cancel a session due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a transfer to another session or a full refund.
