Cancellation Policy

Puppy Class Booking & Attendance Policy Bookings: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Spaces are limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis. If the class is full, you're welcome to join the waiting list and we'll be in touch if a place becomes available. Vaccinations & Health: Puppies must have had at least their first vaccination before attending. Puppies without a full vaccination course are still welcome, but please let me know in advance so we can plan accordingly. Puppies must be up-to-date with flea and worm treatments. If your puppy is unwell (vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing, etc.), they should not attend. Please get in touch so we can discuss options. Equipment: All puppies must arrive on a short lead (no extendables), wearing both a harness and a flat collar. Behaviour & Suitability: If your puppy barks at other dogs or people on walks or in the home, there’s a good chance they’ll struggle to settle in a group class environment. Please discuss this with me before booking. If you're unsure, drop me a message — don't book without checking first. If your puppy is reactive, fearful, or showing signs of stress in group settings, private sessions may be more appropriate and can be arranged. Attendance & Missed Classes: If you miss two or more classes, unfortunately, you won’t be able to continue with the course, and we’ll look at switching you to private sessions to catch up. Missed classes are not refundable and cannot be carried over, but handouts and guidance will still be provided where possible. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the course starts are eligible for a full refund or can be transferred to a future course (subject to availability). Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. Weather & Cancellations: Classes go ahead in most weather conditions. In the rare case of cancellation (e.g. extreme weather or instructor illness), you will be offered an alternative date or credit. Guests: Guests are very welcome — the more the merrier! Just let me know if you're planning to bring more than one person so we can plan for space.
