Cancellation Policy

## Bookings & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your puppy's space. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. ## Health Requirements Puppies must be aged between 10 and 16 weeks at the start of the course and must have received their first vaccination at least 7 days before their first class. Puppies should be in good health before attending. If your puppy is showing signs of illness (such as vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing or any contagious condition), please do not attend and contact me as soon as possible. ## Equipment Please bring your puppy wearing a well-fitting harness and flat collar. Retractable leads are not permitted. Please bring: * A standard short lead * A lead of at least 3 metres * Small, high-value food rewards * A couple of puppy toys * Water * Poo bags Please clean up after your puppy. ## Suitability Puppy Classes are suitable for puppies that are comfortable around people and other dogs and are not showing obvious signs of fear or frustration. If you are unsure whether these classes are suitable for your puppy, please get in touch before booking. ## Attendance Please arrive a few minutes before your class to allow your puppy time to settle. If you are running late or unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible. Handlers must remain with their puppy throughout the class. Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the premises. ## Cancellations & Refunds Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. If, following a behavioural assessment during the course, I recommend that your puppy would be better supported through private 1-to-1 training, any remaining class fees may be credited towards another suitable All Dogs Go to Erinn service. ## Guests A maximum of two people may attend with each puppy. Children are welcome but must remain under the supervision of their accompanying adult at all times.
