Real World Puppy Training
Your puppy is great indoors, but it all falls apart as soon as you step outside?
This four-week outdoor training course is for you.
Designed for guardians who either missed out on puppy classes, attended them and want to apply what they learned in the real world or who are struggling to find playmates for their puppies to continue their socialisation or for those who are struggling to get their puppies focus and attention when there are lots of distracting things around!
We will work on life skills such as Recall and Loose Lead Walking, Drop, Leave, Polite Greetings, Sit and Down Stay, Fetch, Focus on you and learn to Settle in busy environments.
This course is aimed at helping you feel confident handling your puppy in real-life situations while supporting your puppy to feel safe, settled and secure in busy environments.
Who is this for?
It's for guardians who've been to classes and want to put everything they've learned into practice.
It's for puppies who missed classes altogether.
And it's for puppies and guardians who just need a bit more support building their confidence out on walks.

Take the next step towards unleashing your puppy's potential
Each session takes place in a different real-world environment, starting in a quiet park and finishing in a cafe. Over the four weeks, we practise core skills such as Recall, Loose Lead Walking, Down Stay, along with when and how to use food and toys and teaching your puppy to say hello politely to, and come away from, humans, dogs and other animals. All of which will help build focus and engagement with you, regardless of distractions.
Alongside teaching life skills, the course is designed to build your puppy’s confidence and resilience. Puppies are gently introduced to children playing, other dogs, people, wildlife, and traffic. We’ll also finish with a café visit to teach them what is expected in a more stimulating environment.
Throughout, guardians learn to read their puppy’s body language, manage arousal, and choose effective reinforcement as challenges increase.
This course isn’t just about cue training - it’s also about learning to work with your puppy, supporting their emotional development, and giving you the confidence to handle real-world situations safely and successfully.
